The Spanish partner

Here is a presentation of our organization in our two official languages, Spanish and Catalan:

La Víbria Multicultural está compuesta por jóvenes de Terrassa (Barcelona) y voluntarios del SVE. Trabajamos con el programa Juventud en Acción, organizamos y participamos en intercambios y seminarios. También somos una organización de acogida y de envío del SVE.

Además de las actividades internacionales también trabajamos a nivel local, organizamos talleres de interculturalidad para las escuelas, preparamos ciclos de cine, excursiones, charlas, clases de idiomas y otras actividades de ocio para los jóvenes y toda la comunidad local.

La Víbria Multicultural està formada per joves de Terrassa (Barcelona) i voluntaris del SVE. Treballem amb el programa Juventut en Acció, organitzem i participem en intercanvis i seminaris. També som una organització d'acollida i d'enviament del SVE.

A més de les activitats internacionals també treballem a nivell local, organitzem tallers d'interculturalitat per a escoles, preparem cicles de cinema, excursions, xerrades, classes d'idiomes i altres activitats d'oci per als joves i tota la comunitat local.

Hi everybody!

My name is Antonio, I'm 26 and I come from Naples even though I'm finishing my studies in Milan. I study Languages for International Cooperation and Communication but my first passion is writing and journalism. Actually I write in a free-press newspaper that focuses mainly on football, but I also have interests in foreign policy and in issues related to cooperation.
I'm really looking forward for the event that will take place in Lisbon and I'm sure it will be a great experience, above all due to the cooperation between youngsters coming from different places in Europe, but linked from Romance languages. Thus, I think our first goal is to communicate each other in a language that won't be english... so let's try it!!!

That was only a brief presentation, when we will meet I will switch language, I swear!!! ;)

Hi! I'm Sara...

Hi!
I'm Sara, I'm 25 and I'm one of the italian participants at "Nós jogamos". Nice to meet you!
I study foreign languages (spanish and portuguese) and I've studied english for five years at high school, so please forgive me if I make mistakes.
I work as an italian teacher for foreign children whose parents are immigrants and live in Italy. I love this job because it gives me the chance to stay connected to people, which I think should be the must important aim in a job, at least for me!
I'm really curious about everyone's whereabouts, so I just can't wait to meet everyone in Portugal.
I hope we'll manage to speak some Romance language, rather than english: it's not that I don't like it, but it's not my first love, let's say.
Ok, I think this is quite enough for now.

The Italian partner

Link is a cultural organization created in 2003 by both experienced youth leaders and young people. Link was created with the aim of having a tool to better access the needs of young people living in our local community and to give a concrete contribution to satisfy their requests in terms of participation, active citizenship, feeling of belonging to a common Europe, tolerance and anti-racism.


We provide help and training to young people –inside and outside the organization- who wants implement new projects fostering their participation organizing international youth exchanges, intercultural learning activities, promoting information campaigns. All our activities are based non formal education.

Rato - ADCC

Fundada em 2000, a Rato - Associação para a Divulgação Cultural e Científica [ADCC] é uma associação juvenil inscrita no Registo Nacional de Associações Juvenis que desenvolve iniciativas e projectos vocacionados para a promoção da Sociedade de Informação.

Actualmente a associação desenvolve sobretudo:

• oficinas de formação de informática e novas tecnologias de informação
• projectos online e multimédia para organizações e iniciativas sem fins lucrativos

Em 2004, a Rato - ADCC assina um protocolo com a Câmara Municipal do Seixal e cria na Oficina da Juventude do Miratejo o Espaço R@to - ADCC, um espaço dedicado ao desenvolvimento de acções de formação e animação na área das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação [TIC].

Neste mesmo ano, a Rato - ADCC torna-se uma organização de acolhimento no âmbito do Serviço Voluntário Europeu e, desde então, tem desenvolvido um trabalho de promoção de diferentes iniciativas ligadas ao voluntariado juvenil acolhendo jovens no desenvolvimento de actividades de voluntariado, estágios curriculares ou projectos de ocupação de tempos livres conjugados com as metodologias e recursos associados das TIC.

Founded in 2000, Rato - Association for the Cultural and Scientific Promotion [ADCC] is a legally recognized youth organization that develops initiatives and projects orientated for the promotion of the Information Society.

Nowadays, the association develops mainly:

• multimedia and online projects for non profit organizations and initiatives

In 2004, Rato - ADCC signs with Town Hall of Seixal a formal agreement and creates in the Youth Center of Miratejo R@to - ADCC's Center, a space dedicated to the development of training and volunteering activities in the field of Information and Communication Techonlogies.

In the same year, Rato - ADCC becomes an hosting organization for European Voluntary Service and, since then, has developed a work of promotion of different projects related to Youth Volunteering, hosting youngsters in volunteering activities, practical learning periods or freetime occupation activities combined with the methodologies and resources provided by Informatics and Information and Communiation Technologies.

Chamada para participantes [Call for participants]

No âmbito do Programa Juventude em Acção - Comissão Europeia, irá ser organizado durante o mês de Março de 2010, o intercâmbio europeu "Nós Jogamos" que contará com a participação de jovens de países de Portugal, Espanha, França, Itália e Roménia. Este intercâmbio visa a compreensão do jogo como via para a aprendizagem no domínio da Educação Não Formal - com este intercâmbio, serão elaboradas ferramentas de aprendizagem para um sítio europeu dedicado a esta temática - http://volatin.eu (ainda não está disponível). Este intercâmbio terá lugar no Seixal, na Quinta Valenciana - Fernão Ferro, entre os dias 15 e 23 de Março de 2010.
Este projecto está ligado a uma outra iniciativa designada http://volatin.eu (ainda não disponível) que visa criar diferentes suportes documentais ligados a ferramentas e técnicas na área da Educação Não Formal com línguas neo-latinas (e.g. Português, Francês, Italiano, etc...) - algo como o sítio do SALTO ( @ http://salto-youth.org ) mas só que não é inglês.
Desta forma, a Rato - ADCC decidiu abrir o grupo de participantes portugueses . Esta chamada visa dar a oportunidade a potenciais multiplicadores do projecto que queiram dinamizar o sítio que estará online com materiais em Português. Desta forma, o perfil do participante definido na Visita Antecipada de Planeamento é o seguinte:

• idade compreendida entre os 18 e os 25 anos;
• disponibilidade total para os dias do intercâmbio;
  
• alguma experiência na criação e dinamização de actividades e ferramentas no domínio da Educação Não Formal;
• disponibilidade em querer colaborar no projecto volatin.eu no futuro.

Para a participação neste projecto, não está associado qualquer taxa de participação.

In the framework of Youth in Action Program - European Commission, it will be organized during March of 2010, the European youth exchange "Nós Jogamos" that will have the participation of youngsters of Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Romania. This exchange aims the understaanding of the concept of game as a path for Learning in the field of Non Formal Education - with this exchange, it will be produced several learning tools for a European website dedicated to this theme - http://volatin.eu (not yet available). This exchange will take place in Seixal, between the 15th and 23rd of March of 2010.
This project is related to another initiative called volatin.eu that has the objective of creating different documental materials for tools and techniques in the field of Non Formal Education with neolatin languages (e.g. Portuguese, Franch, Italian, etc...) - something similiar to the website SALTO ( @ http://salto-youth.org ) but not in english...
Therefore, Rato - ADCC decided to open the group of Portuguese participants. This call wants to give the opportunity to potential multiplyers of the project that want to enhance the website with materials in Portuguese. The profile of the participant definidedon the Advanced Planning Visit is the following:

• age between 18 and 25 years old;
• total availability for the days of the youth exchange;
  
• some experience in the field of Non Formal Education;
• availability in colaborating in the future with the project volatin.eu.

The participation in this project is free from any charge.
